Le Patissier in Corvallis

After coming back to the US from Toulouse, I was so happy to get a little taste of the baked goods I missed there. They're very tasty, certainly a northern France/Paris aesthetic, but had no problems with ordering chocolatine. I only wish they were more accessable! I would go there much more often.

THIS BAKERY IS AMAZING. I was reminded of the true flavors of a childhood favorite, the raisin roll which I know as a schnecken (from Germany) and it was everything I was hoping it would be, bringing me the most amazing sense of nostalgia!! I originally came for some fruits tarts (which were to die for, fyi)but I had to try other things once I arrived! The ham and cheese croissants, the almond croissants, and the other pastries are super delicious as well! I will definitely be returning!!

Maybe it's good if only you can find the store open. They close it as they please. How very french.

Flakey delicious pastries. Melt in your mouth delicious. Always busy. Had to wait in line 20 mins, but it was so worth it.

5/16 Edit: stopped in this morning for a to-go pastry (thank you for being open during COVID) and I was once again delighted. Best pastries in Corvallis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Absolutely delicious. I’ve been going here for about a year and have been completely satisfied with all the pastries I’ve had (I haven’t yet tried the crepes but I hear they are delicious). The almond creams and fresh fruit tarts are particularly amazing. As a baker myself, I can really tell that they care about their food, and are dedicated to making it perfect. One thing I would strongly recommend is if you want to do a large order (more than a few pastries), call ahead and order it the day before, as they do small batch bakes. If you call at least a day ahead they will be able to accommodate you. Overall, excellent food, lovely decor, professional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best cafe in Corvallis. The food is outstanding, they make everything from scratch so you can taste the difference from any other place where the ingredients usually come in bulk with so much sugar and preservatives. The staff is very friendly and professional and the owner Trinidad is sooo nice and hospitable, she genuinely interested in her costumers satisfaction. Great place to have delicious food and relaxing time.

Won't be going back. Delicious, but I like to feel appreciated. I did nicely ask for a specific croisant, received it and left a dollar tip. No smile, no thank you, just pointedly put the dollar in the tip box. French pastry, thank you. French attitude, not again.

When people ask me what my favorite restaurant is in Corvallis, I say the French bakery is one of my top picks. How lucky we are to have such a good bakery here. Get there early to enjoy the Almond Cream Croissants still warm. It's a great foodie experience. The quiche Lorraine is quite good if croissants are sold out. We usually get a fruit tart to take home for later.

I have been eating at Le Patissier for a few years and I always get excellent crossants there. My wife enjoys having a variety of pastries. There's always the option of having a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch as well as quiches. You can also find a good cup of coffee to go with your patisserie.

Been to this little French pastry shop many times. I love it. It is has a delightfully charming atmosphere. The owners are great and the authentic French pastries, sandwiches, soup and salad are wonderful.

This little cake shop is a wonderful, upscale, delight to be experienced. With a fine selection of fresh pastries, you will be glad that you stopped in for a bite or two.

The best pastry restaurant in town. Every thing here is absolutely delicious, their quiche, their crepes, their pastries (oh my!) are always fantastic. It is more than good it is amazing. I’ve been coming here for four years and not once have I had a bad experience. Come early though! Stuff goes fast!

The pastries are incredible, but make sure to get there early because they only make a limited amount.

A fun and delicious treat for anyone who is a fan of French pastries. The Quiche Lorraine and Almond Cremes are especially delicious; crepes and other breakfast fare is also quite good and a cut above other local spots. Atmosphere is charming and decorated nicely to remind you of Paris, and the service is usually quick and decent, if not overly friendly. Some have commented on the price, but I believe it is well worth it if you compare quality and type of breakfast, many of their items are much more intensive to make than a traditional bakery's fare.

I was thrilled with the individual boxes made for my COVID Free Celebration of Life party for my 20 year old Precious. My guests were delighted with the almond croissant and treats! The extra attention given to my order with seal , ties and a paw print tag reading "in Memory of Precious" was so appreciated! Patricia Fields

I used to live with a baker in France and I can honestly say that this place is on par with that experience. Get the almond cream (not just the almond paste!) Croissant. I promise you won't regret it (that is unless you get there too late and don't get one, then you might regret it ;) )

Devine, croissants and crepes among other treats. The croissants have just the perfect texture and flavor. Their crepes are delicate, thin and flavorful - not at all heavy or made more affordable with excess flour. I presume they use top quality ingredients because their creations are top notch in flavor and satisfaction. The service is pleasant and their setting inside is bright and nicely decorated. They have a separate room available for group dinning if you so choose. I can definitely imagine a book group or cool company lunch in there. Bon appetit!

All their lunches and pastries are wonderful. You can't go wrong. Good service. Go as early in the day as you can because their pastries sell out. I swear their croissants are made of nothing but butter and air -- they melt in your mouth. The owners are French.

Good food and desserts. But I got there at 1:00 pm and they only had a few pastries left. Guess I need to come earlier. Nice French decor.

Beautiful food and service. Very sweetly decorated. I enjoyed my lunch, I really would like something df, gf, and no eggs. But I was willing to risk it for suck yummy treats.

I asked for whipped cream and strawberries (which were on hand for the crepes) as I’m allergic to wheat and eggs and they would not do that for me. How easy would it have been to help a customer out to enjoy the time at their bakery. What a disappointment!

The eggplant dish is to die for, especially with the ahe sauce. The place pace is so relaxing. The food is authentic and has a beautiful signature taste that resembles only in french food.

Some pretty decent treats here.. Nothing that really stood out too much to me... Yes might be the best french bakery in town, but all so the only... I'll be back for more when I'm around that side of town...

Wow, so tasty and popular you’d better get there early before the case clears out of the best French pastries around. Such a sweet spot for tea and cakes, or a nice quiet lunch of freshly prepared quiche and the soup du jour. staff is always helpful in narrowing my decision and I love to grab a few to go for the folks at work.

The bakery items are mediocre at best.They provide no option to warm up bakery items that have been sitting for hours because they are "fresh". The items had lost their warmth and crisp, and tasted stale and old as a result.

This bakery is really great and the french pastries are backed fresh daily! The atmosphere is really relaxing and the staff is very friendly! I really loved the ham, cheese and jalapeño croissants! Will be coming back for more of their pastries!

This place is to die for. Do yourself a huge favor and go in on a weekend and get yourself a crepe! We will be back again and again. We ordered one sweet and one savory crepe, and a couple of pastries. Everything is fresh and homemade, down to the whipped cream. WOW 😍😍
